As facilitators with Designed 2 Thrive, you have the opportunity to come alongside couples, encourage their growth, and help strengthen marriages in meaningful ways.
Below, you’ll find a link to the Facilitator Application. This is an important step in helping us get to know you better—your story, your heart for ministry, and how God may be leading you to serve in this role.
If you’re interested in applying, please click the link below and complete the application together. This begins a discernment process that includes a conversation with our Directors, as we seek to prayerfully determine together if this is the right fit.
I’ll follow up with you to schedule a conversation with myself and a member of our board. This meeting will give us a chance to connect personally, share more about the facilitator role and answer any questions regarding expectations and commitment.
We’re grateful if you'd consider exploring this opportunity. It’s a privilege to see how God continues to bring the right people to help strengthen marriages through D2T.
If you have any questions as you work through the application, don’t hesitate to reach out.

After prayerfully considering joining Designed 2 Thrive as a facilitator, you’ll enter a one-year training and onboarding process designed to help you fully understand the D2T retreat model, rhythm, and approach.
Throughout this first year, you’ll attend three retreats, experiencing a variety of teams and venues while learning to see each weekend through the lens of a facilitator and mentor rather than a guest.
At any point along the way, you’re free to discern that this may not be the right fit—and that’s completely okay.
As you complete year one, you’ll receive a certificate of completion and be invited to sign a volunteer agreement, marking the beginning of a meaningful journey of investing in marriages and advancing Kingdom impact through Designed 2 Thrive.

A few weekends a year can change someone else’s marriage—and deepen your own.
"Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up." Galatians 6:9
